Ahead of the Wedding What You Should and Don't Do?

All brides and grooms want to look perfect on their wedding day. But often they do the wrong treatment or preparation, so that the results actually make their appearance on that historic day less than optimal. As a result, it is predictable that the bride and groom are stressed and cannot show a happy face when they are side by side on the aisle, so the wedding does not run smoothly. Wow, that's a shame.

If you are about to get married, as a prospective bride, you also need to maintain your relationship with your partner, family, friends, and the creative wedding organizer team who will help prepare your wedding reception. Piles of annoyance that continue to be suppressed, or fatigue from being too late in preparation will show on your face, even though your face has been painted with thick makeup. Don't let it ruin your happy day. The point is to be resigned, relaxed, and believe that things will work out.

Here are the things you need to do, and should avoid when facing marriage:

Which must be done..

* Perform facial treatments at least 6 months before the D day. This is necessary to remove dead skin and blackheads and make your facial skin regenerate so that your face looks fresh.

* Scrub or scrub since 6 months before the D day, and do it regularly at least once a month, so that the results can be seen when you wear a wedding dress.

* Drink as much water as possible to create a bright and moist face. In addition, drinking water can also make the skin look fresh and youthful, reduce the risk of headaches, and avoid dehydration.

* Use a lip balm that contains vitamin E a few days in advance to prevent chapped lips. When you're done brushing your teeth, gently scrub your lips to remove chapped skin.

* To reduce puffy eyes and dark circles under the eyes, apply cold eye cream regularly a week before the D day.

* If you want to straighten your eyebrows, do it at least two days before the D day to reduce the worst possibilities, such as redness, incorrect pulling, and others.

* If you are a fan of herbal ingredients, it's a good idea to drink boiled betel leaves to reduce body odor that comes from within. Betel leaf contains substances that can minimize the process of sweating. You can also eat basil leaves at least one handful a day to get rid of body odor due to indigestion, stomach ulcers, and gas in the intestines.

* Go on a diet if you feel the need, but do it before you start ordering a kebaya or wedding dress. When you have reached the desired weight, keep your weight from increasing or decreasing until the D day. If there will be a sudden makeover of the wedding dress or kebaya that can change shape, the stitches may not be neat.

* From the beginning, convey to your family or wedding organizer if there are concepts or details of the event that are not as desired. Don't wait until it's close to D day.

* Relax and rest the day before the D day to calm your mind and gather energy for the H day. Massage at the spa will relax your body and mind. You can also go for an early morning walk with your family or close friends, such as having lunch outside or watching a movie, but make sure you're home in the afternoon. The matter of being secluded? Ah, that's not the time anymore.

What not to do..

Wedding

* Cut hair before D-day with a new model. It's okay, if the cut is wrong or fails, you don't have time to fix the haircut. You don't want to live your marriage in a state of insecurity because you are having a bad hair day, right?

* Because you feel stressed, you then take a day or two to the beach area, either to swim or have fun shopping at the traditional market. Don't be surprised if on your wedding day your skin is still charred and hasn't returned to its original color.

* Do a facial the day before the D day, which makes your face puffy or reddish. Facial can be done at least 2 weeks before your wedding.

* Allow yourself to be annoyed or angry with your partner, family, or friends, until it drags on. Remember, life will still go on after your wedding day. After the wedding is over, you still have to keep in touch with them, so there's no point in getting angry and ruining a good relationship just because of trivial things in wedding preparations. On the D day, make sure all the obstacles in your heart are gone.

* Sleeping too late the night before the wedding, just because you're glad your family is together. As a result the next day your face is not fresh and there are dark circles under the eyes.

* Thinking about all the unfinished business the day before the D day. Just leave all the troublesome affairs to the family or the wedding organizer. Trust that they will complete all the preparations smoothly.

* Keep in mind the shortcomings of your wedding reception because the family or the wedding organizer did not work well. What's past, let it go. It won't do you any good if you keep bringing it up.
